Dr. Jennie T. Stanford is a dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine with a passion for improving patient health through evidence-based care and education. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Dr. Stanford blends her expertise in nutrition and medicine to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Stanford further specialized with a CME Fellowship in Obesity Medicine, showcasing her dedication to addressing one of today’s most pressing health challenges.
Dr. Stanford’s clinical experience spans hospitalist medicine, primary care, and obesity management. She is the founder of Happy Easy Meals LLC, a company dedicated to creating accessible, healthy meal solutions. Her work as a content writer, board review educator, and subject matter expert reflects her commitment to advancing medical knowledge and patient education.
