However, we want our patients to try our services and see if we meet their expectations.  In the event that you need to request a refund, our team is ready to assist you according to the guidelines outlined in this refund policy.

Money Back Guarantee:

We are committed to your success and offer a 100% refund of your membership fee if you do not achieve a minimum 10% reduction in your body weight by the end of 12 months of paid membership. Cancelation of the membership for other reasons

• Cancellation Within 30 days of Purchase: A full refund is available if the cancellation is within 30 days hours of purchase. Please refer to the ‘Requesting a Refund’ section for procedural details.
• Cancellation After 30 days: If canceled after 30 days, your membership will continue for the remaining month. You will not receive a refund for the month.
