  • Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Purchase: Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of purchase. Please refer to the ‘Requesting a Refund’ section for procedural details.
  • Cancellation After 72 Hours: If cancelled after 72 hours but before the initial doctor appointment and within 45 days of purchase, a partial refund minus a $100 fee is available. This fee accounts for account setup and initial clinical coordination. Failing to attend the initial doctor appointment within 45 days nullifies this refund option.
  • Inability to Secure GLP-1 Medication: Should Aayu Well be unable to facilitate GLP-1 medication access within 90 days of your first appointment, a partial refund minus a $150 fee can be requested. If GLP-1 medications are not covered by your insurance, you have the option to either withdraw from the program with a refund or continue with cash payments. A written notification of your decision is required within a specified timeframe.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirming eligibility.
